		<description>Another example of how useful this podcast is. Thanks for doing it. I liked learning that idea that  a piece of paper (signed waiver) is a tool, but a limited tool. Important for me to learn that many times (depending on where) the person retains usage rights beyond those implied in the original agreement.</description>
